Customer Service Rep

Mark's Lock & Safe is looking for a highly organized, customer focused Admin/CSRto join our team in Lomita! Primary Job Function: This individual is a key player in our administrative team. This individual will direct calls on a multi line telephone system, data entry, customer service, outbound calls, filing, invoicing, scheduling and collections. This individual will also assist in the shop with the key machine, looking up parts and troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.

Pay: $14+/hr DOE

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30am 5:30pm

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Strong customer service and administrative background
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task proficiently
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Skilled using Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Prior dispatching experience preferred
